Their recent relocation to New Orleans signifies the beginning of an exciting chapter as they immerse themselves in the world of culinary arts at the New Orleans Culinary & Hospitality Institute (NOCHI)

The Aarón Sánchez Scholarship is a unique opportunity for young Latinos passionate about culinary arts. Founded by Chef Aarón Sánchez, the Scholarship aims to nurture and empower emerging talents, providing them with the tools and mentorship needed to become tomorrow's culinary leaders.
