It's the time of year when we're opening our scholarship applications again.
Between now and Saturday, September 30, 2023, we are accepting applications for the Aarón Sánchez Scholarship - Class of 2024, which provides young Latinos with resources to attend culinary arts school.
NEW THIS YEAR: Our Class of 2024 will be studying at the New Orleans Culinary and Hospitality Institute (NOCHI), the city where Chef Aarón Sánchez chooses to work and live. These students will be heading to a world-renowned culinary destination!
The Aarón Sánchez Scholarship includes full tuition, fees and supplies, flights to and from New Orleans, housing in New Orleans, a monthly stipend for groceries and public transportation assistance during the program, and mentorship from Chef Aarón Sánchez and his network of culinary professionals.
