The Aarón Sánchez Impact Fund is a program of the Emeril Lagasse Foundation, a 501(c)3 public charity headquartered in New Orleans. The Emeril Lagasse Foundation seeks to inspire, mentor and enable youth to reach their full potential through culinary, nutrition and arts education.

Dine at Johnny Sánchez restaurant in New Orleans during Hispanic Heritage Month, and every order of Shrimp Ceviche will trigger a donation to the Aarón Sánchez Impact Fund.
