Chef Aarón Sánchez to Host Two Events in New Hampshire

Wine Tasting at LaBelle Winery and Beer & BBQ at Schilling Beer Co. Benefit Aarón Sánchez Impact Fund 

The Aarón Sánchez Impact Fund, a program of Emeril Lagasse Foundation, has announced it will host two benefit events beginning with “Live Free and Wine with Chef Aarón Sánchez” on Sunday, June 9 at LaBelle Winery in Derry, New Hampshire. Nine regional award-winning chefs will join Chef Aarón for an evening of food and wine tastings.

“Live Free and Wine” offers an exclusive VIP Early Access ticket at 5 p.m. with exceptional wines from Amy LaBelle and LaBelle Winery, distinctive food tastings, and an intimate meet and greet with Chef Aarón. At 6 p.m., guests will sample four LaBelle Winery wines with food tastings from regional chefs. Chef Aarón welcomes chefs Emshika Alberini of Chang Thai Café, Justin Bernatchez of LaBelle Winery, Bobby Marcotte of Tuckaway Tavern & Butchery, David Vargas of Vida Cantina, Keith Sarasin of Aatma, Cyle Reynolds of Crispy Gai, Julie Cutting of Cure Restaurant, Mimi Weissenborn of Sur Lie, and Robert Gonzalez of Aatma and Masons Bakery. A silent auction with unique and exciting experiences will occur throughout the evening.

Three levels of tickets are available online for the “Live Free and Wine” event: VIP tickets, Tasting tickets, and Designated Driver tickets. Sponsors include LaBelle Winery and Granite State Dispatch. 

“The residents of New Hampshire have been so welcoming,” said Sánchez. “I’m thrilled to bring this exciting event to LaBelle Winery, where we will enjoy some fantastic wine and food while raising funds for a cause close to my heart.” 

The second event, “Beer and BBQ with Chef Aarón Sánchez,” takes place on Monday, June 10, from 4 – 6 pm at Schilling Beer Co. in Littleton, New Hampshire. Featured chefs include Bobby Marcotte of Tuckaway Tavern & Butchery, Cyle Reynolds of Crispy Gai, David Vargas and William Myska of Ore Nell’s BBQ, Keith Sarasin of Aatma, Kaylee Sweeney of Crumb Bum Bakery, and Kritsadakorn Auppakaew and Danai Sriprasert of Boda. Sponsors for this 21-and-over event include Schilling Beer Co. and US Foods.

Purchase tickets online at Proceeds from both events will benefit the Aarón Sánchez Impact Fund, a program that uplifts the lives of Latino youth through food. Since 2016, the Impact Fund has awarded nineteen culinary arts scholarships to young Latinos valued at over $1.2 million and is expanding its work into human services.
