Chef Aarón Sánchez to Host Beer and BBQ at Schilling Beer Co.

Event to Benefit Aarón Sánchez Impact Fund 


New Orleans, Louisiana—The Aarón Sánchez Impact Fund, a program of Emeril Lagasse Foundation, has announced it will host “Beer & BBQ with Chef Aarón Sánchez” on Monday, June 10, from 4 – 6 p.m. at Schilling Beer Co., in Littleton, New Hampshire. Guest chefs will provide tasty bites served alongside two European-inspired Schilling lagers. The fundraising event will benefit the Aarón Sánchez Impact Fund.


Chef Aarón welcomes regional award-winning chefs Bobby Marcotte of Tuckaway Tavern & Butchery, Cyle Reynolds of Crispy Gai, David Vargas and William Myska of Ore Nell’s BBQ, Keith Sarasin of Aatma, Kaylee Sweeney of Crumb Bum Bakery, and Kritsadakorn Auppakaew and Danai Sriprasert of Boda. Sponsors for this 21-and-over event include Schilling Beer Co. and US Foods.


“I am thrilled to be back in New Hampshire for this exciting event with Schilling Beer,” said Sánchez. “This community has been so welcoming, and we look forward to raising funds supporting our mission to uplift the lives of Latino youth through food, a cause that is close to my heart.”

 

Schilling Beer Co. will offer two specialty lagers for the Beer & BBQ event.

Proceeds from the event will benefit the Aarón Sánchez Impact Fund. Since 2016, the Impact Fund has awarded nineteen culinary arts scholarships to young Latinos valued at over $1.2 million and is expanding its work into human services.
